Speed Dating at GraduateRomance.org.uk +What is Speed Dating? The main idea of these mini-dates is musical chairs with chemistry. It combines a glimpse of personality, toothy smiles, visual screening for mutual attraction, and a chance to ask a few questions of each "date." The idea was conceived by Rabbi Yaacov Deyo in Los Angeles in the 1990s and speed dating is now highly fashionable worldwide. It's great fun for a night out, and is relaxed and informal. If you come as a group, it can be a rich source of entertaining gossip afterwards! You'll certainly enjoy it (most people are surprised to discover just how much fun it really is), and with 40 introductions in one night, you could just meet someone really special. How does it work?
When and where?Sorry, this speed dating event has already happened (and booking hasn't yet opened for the next one). Please feel free to suggest a date and venue... The number of places is limited: 40 males and 40 females. Since we need to match numbers, it's not possible to just turn up on the door: participants need to reserve their place in advance. Sounds fun, I'd like to be there! To reserve your place for the Speed Dating, please log in, and then return here. If you are not yet a member of GraduateRomance.org.uk, please join us first: membership is free and it only takes a moment to sign up. We use our existing signup process to confirm that email addresses are valid. Also, we think you'll like the website itself - please do take a look around afterwards: it's completely free to use. |
