| Staying up late to see the sun rise is both a blessing and a curse; sometimes you can’t comprehend your experiences yet; I used to play violin but lost confidence at this university with the standards so high; trying to regain my sense of self; I’d love to get coffee and walk into nature, but I’m nervous about working out conversation topics; all kinds of music but Chumbawamba, Aurora and Everything Everything are currently what I’m listening to a fair bit; trying to quit social media but a chronic scroller when I’m lonely; I’m British and German, grew up in North Norfolk; I used to be obsessed with Harry Potter but sadly the author has gone in a far right direction, I’d love to get into Discworld; trying to plan a future where I don’t work for an ethically objectionable cause or company when many profit from genocide exploitation and human rights violations eg in Palestine and Sudan; I’d love to learn to craft but I’m not confident in that kind of thing; David Tennant’s doctor and Matt Smith’s doctor, I grew up on Doctor Who with them; I love dystopian video games, mainly Indie eg This War of Mine, Orwell, Papers Please, Beholder and so on; I study psychology but I prefer sociology and philosophy in terms of my modules- I don’t know things well enough to name a favourite philosopher though! I was briefly a medic in 1st year; skiing is fun; I’d like to visit the Balkans; kind of a Quaker; coffee is probably my favourite drink, oat milk mochas; I’ve not really dated before (not properly) so I could do with you taking the lead; I’d like to learn a new language as I cheated being raised bilingual, Russian is one of my bucket list languages and I’d love to visit some of the central Asian countries at some point eg Kazakhstan; I’m a trans guy on testosterone but would be open to dating lesbians (my gender isn’t completely binary); political but tired; I want to read and write, maybe do a job with data analysis and report writing components with some kind of NGO / charity / think tank; Obsidian Md fanboy; I tried emacs at one point; left wing, probably socialist at this point? |
